“Care Packages and Diaper Bank have relieved an enormous amount of stress when I’ve been down to 3-4 diapers, and my vehicle is on empty. I am able to pay for gas because I was able to get diapers through B.A.B.E.S.”

Jane has been a program participant since January of 2018. She is a single mother to an active 7-year old girl, a 3-year old with special needs, and a little 1-year old girl. Sometimes, Jane has to choose between putting gas in her car or buying diapers.

Jane utilizes Respite Care weekly. “The ONLY time I can have time to myself is when I drop off the kids for respite care.” Jane sometimes brings her younger two children in for respite so she can have the 1:1 time with her oldest that “she so badly needed.” It can be hard at times to spend equal amounts of time with all children, especially as a single parent.

“B.A.B.E.S. has been there to give me relief on my hardest days. Being able to bring them here and know they would be safe, cared for, and fed has been a tremendous blessing. I don’t know how I could have made it through without B.A.B.E.S. THANK YOU!”
